Sue Dyer, Chief Operating Officer

Sue Dyer Sue Dyer has over 20 years experience in Plant Operations and Maintenance Management in both British Columbia and Alberta. Most recently Sue was employed as the Manager, Electric Generation at the City of Medicine Hat, accountable for the full scope of management of the City’s Generation Facility. Sue has also held the positions of General Manager at Brookfield Renewable Power and spent many years in Operations Management at West Kootenay Power/FortisBC. Sue holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters of International Business Administration and a Project Management Professional Certification.

Giulio Ambrosone, Vice President, Capital Projects

Giulio Ambrosone Giulio Ambrosone joined Columbia Power in 2003 after four years as the Resident Engineer with Klohn Crippen/SNC Lavalin, Columbia Power’s Owner’s Consultant during construction of the Arrow Lakes Generating Station. Giulio has a Master’s of Science degree in Construction Management, and is also a professional engineer with a degree in civil engineering, and over 30 years experience in power plant construction.

David De Git, Director, Finance

David De Git David De Git has been with Columbia Power since 1999. In his current position, he is responsible for accounting, risk management and controllership for the corporation. David is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia and served as a CMABC Board Director from 2006 to 2008.

Frank Marino, Director, Human Resources & Corporate Services

Frank Marino Frank Marino joined Columbia Power in 2013. Frank is responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, processes, practices and programs to support the organizations activities including recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development. He is also accountable to the Board of Directors on executive hiring and compensation related items, ensuring that the organization is compliant with the Public Sector Employers’ Council policies and guidelines. Frank has a Bachelor of Education degree and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia along with over 20 years experience in Human Resources and Management in both public sector health care and the private sector.

Bree Seabrook, Director, Public & Aboriginal Relations

Bree Seabrook Bree Seabrook has 15 years of experience in communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement and issue and crisis management. She holds Diplomas in Business Administration from Selkirk College and Marketing Communications from BCIT, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Thompson Rivers University, and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Communications Management from Royal Roads University. She is a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society.
